Ratcl (pronounced "radical") is a package for maintaining, traversing, and combining structured sets of data in Tcl. Ratcl includes a range of relational algebra and set operators to manipulate such datasets. These operators reduce the need to write loops to find, collect, and manipulate information.
The home page for Ratcl is at https://www.equi4.com/ratcl.html - this wiki is for discussion and support.
