v inout view
Freeze copies a view to a compact internal format and then returns a view based on that copy. The effect is a no-op, but the result no longer references any of the views ot was contructed from.
This is shorthand for applying the {emit} and then the {load} operator.
Example:set v [view {A B} def {1 2 3 4}]
view $v freeze
A B 0 1 2 1 3 4
