Running WIKIT_BASE in any web server invalidates links from references-
Wikit seems to run without it.
Should this be removed from documentation?

This happened after the code was changed to make WIKIT searchable by "Google".
I posted a fix to the WIKIT mailing list but <sigh> it never got anyone's
attention. (I think it was at the time when a lot of vandalism was happening
on the Tcler's Wiki). Since that time the WIKIT code has been refactored.

The problem should have been fixed with today's change (9/9/2004). Please grab
the latest sources from CVS or starkit.
