I have a number of starkits applications that use Iwidgets.Itk 3.2. They wrapped
and ran just fine with TclKit 8.4.1. However, when I run them with the latest
8.4.2, I receive an error message "Can't find package Itk3.2 while executing ...iwidgets.tcl.
I tried various techniques to work around this but to no avail (packge require
-exact, loading in an older Itcl 3.2 in the wrap path. Nothing has changed in
the starkit so I know Itk is really there. I tried re-wrapping with the latest
sdx, but same response.

this may need a "set env(ITKLIBRARY) ..." in the pkgIndex.tcl for itk, I vaguely
remember
that something had to be done to make itk find its runtime files (presumably because
they are not next to itcl, which is in tclkit itself)
