The console window does not paint through windows XP remote desktop if the
tclkit console was started from a desktop session prior to remote session connecting.
Steps to reproduce:
1. start tclkit.exe
2. lock computer
3. connect to computer remotely, using same session that locked computer locally.
4. go to tclkit console, nothing repaints.
solution: close and restart tclkit.exe and it works fine.
