 Tcl/Tk 1.3b3 Release and Contest Announcement
 July 15, 1999

 We are pleased to announce the 1.3b3 release of TclPro. This is the
 final
 beta release and includes Expect, [incr Tcl] and TclX as well as the
 four
 TclPro tools, namely

 TclPro Debugger: an interactive debugger for Tcl;
 TclPro Checker: "lint" for Tcl, checks your code for common usage
 errors;
 TclPro Compiler: provides code obfuscation to hide your source code;
 TclPro Wrapper: build a single executable containing all your scripts.

 TclPro 1.3b3 includes Tcl 8.2b1, which was also released today, but
 should be
 able to debug scripts written using older versions of Tcl.
