 TclControl v1.0
 ---------------

 This is an experimental release of a Tcl/Tk ActiveX control that I put
 together last week. The control provides full support of Tk and has been
 tested in Internet Explorer, VB and MFC with no problems. There are a few
 limitations - in particular the lack of notifications and a console. Also,
 the control uses Tcl notification timer to handle events - the next version
 will address with a more efficient solution. The control was written using
 pure ATL3.0 and compiled with VC++6. It doesn't use bulky external
 libraries like MFC.
