 Hello, guys.

 I tested XIM on Tcl/Tk8.3.0plus which was released on
 20-Feb-00 by Jan Nijtmans.
 Most interest of mine is whether XIM is working or not with
 this, since in Tcl/Tk8.3.0 released by Scriptics, new
 command, tk useinputmethods does not work yet.

 Fortunately, XIM is working with this for multi-byte
 character input. Though it is not perfect, it meets minimum
 requirement for multi-byte character input. It means tk
 useinputmethods works, but I am wondering if it is truly
 necessary command.

 Will this plus patch feature reflect on 8.3.1 release?
