 This is an updated release of my Tcl/Tk only text editor.  Main changes
 in this release are better support for HTML editing, including decent
 interaction with your browser, and automated uploading of edited HTML
 files via ftp to your web site.

 ftp://ftp.ucsd.edu/alpha/tcl/alphatk/

 It runs on Windows or Unix (and mostly on MacOS, but there is a known
 menu problem).
