Subject: ANNOUNCE: tcl code timing package "timers.tcl" - DN [1]

pehrens@nospam.ligo.caltech.edu (Phil Ehrens) - 12 Jan 2000 - comp.lang.tcl

 Hi All,

I have posted a small Tcl code timing package to the wiki:

 http://mini.net/cgi-bin/wikit/671.html

It provides simple means for running timing tests on Tcl
code, and is designed so that the timing code can be left
in-place without affecting the runtime performance of the
code being timed. It has several other useful features.

You can cut-n'-paste it from the wiki. Comments and even
in-place edits in the spirit of wikiness are welcome.

 Go thou forth and code.
