 WHAT:  First meeting of the
     Silicon Valley Tcl Users Group

 WHERE: Scriptics World HQ, in Moutain View, CA.  For directions, see:

 WHEN:  Wednesday, February 2nd, 2000.  From 18:00 to 20:00.

 THE PLAN:

 We will decide the format that best fits the meetings
 during the first one.  Lacking that initial input, the
 first meeting will consist of a demo of a voting GUI from
 Russ Paielli of NASA, and the bulk of the meeting will be
 taken up by a talk on the new features in Tcl/Tk8.3, and
 their provided benefits.

 Food (likely pizza) will be provided.
