Embedding Lua in Perl

JCW: I've written a very basic Perl extension, called PerLua, which makes it possible to call Lua from Perl. The code is not yet ready for release, mainly because the issues of how to exchange data between Lua and Perl have not yet been resolved.

This extension is based on the single-C-file approach described on the Compiling via source includes page.
