[Starkit] Tequila T2 ?'s

I've had the beginnings of app designed around tequila T1 and now I want to convert it all to tequila T2. I like the system pool, tequila collection keeping track of the clients connected.
I'll also want to extend this pool.collection with a couple of extra fields. Any examples?
 
I've downloaded the tequila.pdf from the website, and read through it.
I'm not familiar with Itcl so I don't understand the "class poolMgr" from the example server.tcl for the "rooms demo"
 
Do you happen to have an example of the server from tequilas.tcl for T2?
 
T2 slow startup and locks app both client & server until finally up and running. any change suggested to speedup the startup time?
 
I'm running on a Windows XP Pro with tclkit/wish version 8.4.9
