[Metakit] C++ re-indent suggestion

Jean-Claude,

Take a look at `GC' (Great Code), which has also become open-source of late:
	http://sourceforge.net/projects/gcgreatcode/
Very flaxible, if complex.

Then there's also `par',  (actually more than one, as I just found out from this page:
	http://www.boutell.com/lsm/lsmbyid.cgi/002171 )

I've used the one by Adam M. Costello, now available from:
	http://www.nicemice.net/par/
and it was my favorite for ad hoc use at the time.
