[Metakit] Building Metakit on a Windows 64 bit platform ?

Has anybody done this before ?

If yes, what changes to the windows buildsystem (msvc60/*{.dsp,.dsw}, other)
were required ?
Were changes to the sources required as well ?
What traps and pitfalls should I be wary of ?
Anything else to think of ?
