[Metakit] Initial install problems

Tried your suggestion under both vc6 and vc7(2003) with same result.
It's like I'm missing a compile flag or define or something.
Particularly since it will run from within Visual Studio 2003 but fails
outside.

You need to copy the check files from the tests\ok subdirectory. ~ cd
builds ~ xcopy /s /e ..\tests\ok tests\ ~ mktest
